He started planting his first vines in 2002 on family land. His son Jeroen joined him and started his own winery, Jerom&#8217;s Winery. His wines are sold at Carrefour. His diversity of grape varieties has led Ghislain to experiment with different blends aged in oak barrels, cherry barrels, granite barrels or&#8230; in pots, above ground.
