Although he has 1ha of vineyards planted near his home, he mainly buys grapes from local vintners or makes his own wine. His Winery could be described as a private cooperative: the company invests in equipment and provides winemaking advice to entrepreneurs: mainly fruit growers who have converted orchards into vineyards. Together, they now represent about 40 acres.
