Run by five brothers and sisters in the Grégoire family, the estate was planted in two stages in 2018 and 2020. Located not far from Couthuin, the plot is surrounded by 100ha of woodland. The ambition here is to create an organic vineyard, but also a wine tourism centre by renovating an old farmhouse into a double gite for twelve people. The first grapes were harvested in September 2020, making it possible to present a first vintage, Avant-première, of 1,000 bottles. To be continued.
