The Clos les Ramiers winery is located in the picturesque village of Gotem, in Borgloon, in the centre of the Hesbaye region. Carole Vandionant runs the estate. Carole grew up with fruit and became an entrepreneur in arboriculture. In 2001, she took over the family business and gradually replaced some of the orchards with vineyards. Previously, the wines were made in collaboration with her neighbour Ghislain Houben (Hoenshof), but since 2018, Carole has been managing the vineyard alone.
