Wijnrestaurant op het Land, the successful initiative conceived several years ago to put (South) Limburg on the map as a wine region of the future, had its fourth edition this year. For almost four weeks, a total wine experience could be enjoyed again this summer.
New this year was the Wine Experience Center, a unique experience space within Wijnrestaurant op het land dedicated to the story of sustainable viticulture in the Meuse-Rhine Euregion. Here, guests were immersed in the history, vinification, future and many other aspects of viticulture. An informative and entertaining journey of discovery through viticulture.

The Wine Experience Center was realised with the support of Maurice Warnier (Vinteur) and EMR Wine, an Interreg Euregio Meuse-Rhine project subsidised by the European Regional Development Fund. The EMR Wine project is a collaboration between Hogeschool PXL (expertise centre PXL Innovative Entrepreneurship), CPFAR – Centre Provincial de Formation en Agriculture et Ruralité, Yuverta and tasting centre PC Fruit.
