Under the motto “We Rebel Like Hell”, Wine Estate Helshoven has been making its wines in collaboration with Jerom Winery since 2017 and offers many unconventional references. Think about non-degorging according to the Method Rebelle, sparkling wines, wines aged in oak, cherry or granite wood barrels, wines fermented with Brettanomyces yeast (lambic yeast), blends based on resistant and classic grape varieties, or blends of grape and fruit wines… The estate also offers a “bicycle café” and accommodation in barrels.
